I'm a hybrid of strategy and business development. My experience includes business planning, marketing strategy, content strategy. brand amplification and expansion,  operations, portfolio management, product development, production and team development.

As a  big supporter of entrepreneurs, I serve as a Mentor and guest speaker at The Forum, an organization that empowers female founders with resources and tools to flourish in the business realm. Additionally, I contribute to the performing arts community by holding the position of marketing chair on the board of Orchestra Toronto, enhancing the orchestra's visibility and impact.

As a marketing educator, I run a brand and business academy program, educating entrepreneurs on key marketing strategies. I also engage as a guest speaker at multiple organizations to enlighten audiences on the intricacies of marketing and brand building.

Beyond my corporate endeavors, I have successfully launched two small brands from the ground up, granting me valuable insights into the essential needs of small to medium sized businesses.

In 2018, I founded Ruby + Foster, where I work with with founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs as their modern day Fractional CMO guiding their marketing efforts. In 2022, I expanded this vision by establishing a small business arm focused on supporting the small business community with tailored services aligned with their unique objectives.
