Anna Halfpenny

Founder & CMO

For over 17 years, Anna worked at some of the top agencies in Canada helping big brands achieve their business goals including BMW, Canadian Tire, TJX, Molson Coors, McDonald’s & Scotiabank.  

She's led integrated marketing plans with best-in-class results and holds multiple Effie and Cassie awards recognized for campaign effectiveness, best launch and long-term success. 

Anna is a hybrid of strategy and business development. Her experience includes business planning, marketing strategy, operations, portfolio management, product development, production and team development.  

While working in the Advertising & Brand building world, Anna had an entrepreneurial streak. On the side, she built two successful small businesses from the ground up. It was this that gave her incredible insight into what owners really need and where to invest their hard-earned dollars to help drive business forward.

In addition to leading ruby & foster, Anna serves as the COO of Bad Girls Collective, a multi-media platform that's bringing together well-read women from around the world. The collective has received recognition from The Globe & Mail, BlogTO and partnered with brands such as Nike, Uniqlo, and Wealthsimple.
